Day two at Milano Unica 28
Work in progress and the activities at the trade show
Definitely a busy day of work, meetings and relations for exhibitors, buyers and journalists at Milano Unica, day 2.
At the center of this edition are the presentation of the SS 2020 collections, the Tendenze inspired by the Music Menu theme and the important proposals showcased in the Area dedicated to the Sustainability Project. Moreover, there are also several Areas and content projects developed for the benefit of the visitors to Milano Unica.
The Area Filo, within the Tendenze Area, presents a focus on the main trends in yarns; the Vintage Area invites us to look back at past fashion trends. The boards of the Synthesis Areas offer a complete overview on this edition’s showcased products, while the Japan and Korea Observatories present the proposals of the Asian markets, and, last but not least, Origin First is a preview of Origin Passion and Beliefs, which will be held within Milano Unica in the July 2019 edition.
The Linen Dream by Celc and Woolmark areas showcase the most recent trends and innovations linked to linen and Merino wool, respectively. Eyes on Me, in its second edition, is the special section dedicated to young designers. SMI – Sistema Moda Italia is present for the first time with a dedicated space where it presents its services and offers meetings with experts. In its reserved space, Banca Sella illustrates its innovative services and solutions targeting the corporate world.
The suggestive exhibition by the Cameroun-born artist Pascale Marthine Tayou in Hall 16 is organized in collaboration with Galleria Continua.
We look forward to seeing you again tomorrow, for the third and final day of the 28th edition of Milano Unica.
