Our daily commitment to quality allows us to keep alive the heritage of our tradition along with innovation to the service of brands and designers in the development of highly customized solutions. Today, Lanfranchi comprises five companies and six factories in northern Italy with over 400 employees. Lanfranchi products, designed and developed with a custom approach, respond to customer needs and are exported all over the world.
Lanfranchi products reflect the Company’s highly professional knowhow thanks to a vertically integrated production process with strict quality control procedures. Every day we manufacture up to 50 km of 100% Made-in-Italy zippers. Sustainability is one of Lanfranchi’s guiding principles: the Company has installed photovoltaic panels for energy generation and adhered to the Greenpeace Detox commitment. Lanfranchi products feature also the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 products class I certification.

 

Which is the most innovative product of your A/W 2022-2023 collection?

The most innovative product is S4 RECYCLED, a sustainable zipper with a 100% recycled chain and ribbon. S4 RECYCLED adds up to our collection of sustainable products, including also S7 New Life, another 100% recycled zipper.

What characteristics make this product innovative?

Innovation lies in the material used for its manufacturing. These zippers are in 100% recycled and GRS certified polyester.

We have developed a dedicated ad campaign to sustainability according to LAMPO including a leaflet describing our sustainable products. For our Sostenibilità 2021 collection, the LAMPO ad campaign presents both sustainable zippers and dried flowers as universal symbols and signs recalling noble re-use, immediately recognizable by stakeholders around the world. COMPOSIZIONE NATURALE (NATURAL COMPOSITION) is the claim that accompanies the visual, because the combination of the two elements conveys the concept of circular economy. The flowers about to wither are not discarded as useless, but dried and offered in a new way, just like the waste and scrap deriving from the development of the LAMPO Sustainability Collection.
