Situated in Prato, Nello Gori is one of Italy’s oldest, most representative and most important wool mills, which has made innovative products its trademark.  In this period of continuous changes and transformation, both with regard to technology and fashion trends, which is your flagship product? 
One of the most popular and often-purchased materials that has contributed to the company's success in the textile market is undoubtedly "9704", a fabric that is initially made of a wool blend obtained exclusively from recycled raw materials, and later coupled with polyester jersey. In this phase, the jersey is digitally printed in a floral design previously chosen by us. This gives the final product a woolen-look front, which can be either plain or patterned, and a technical back, which can serve as a lining for the finished garment. 
"Digital" printing allows us to print any design in any color we like. 
Furthermore, given the fabric characteristics and composition, the front and back can be used either as the outside or the inside of the final garment, at the customer's discretion.

 

Why is it defined as "sustainable" and which technology do you use?
Our fabric is sustainable because it is

produced with over 90% of recycled

materials, meeting all GRS certification requirements.

 

To which buyer are these products addressed? 
This product is mainly designed for the production of women’s outerwear, but can also be used for the production of accessories. 
The fresh, glamorous and appealing look of the fabric is ideal for a young, fashion-conscious clientele.
