Milano Unica September 2020, instructions for participating in the trade show
Indications for a completely safe visit
Milano Unica is working to organize the 31st Edition, scheduled for September 8 and 9, 2020.
Check the list of participating exhibitors
Milano Unica is organizing the event so that visitors will be able to see the new collections in person, in compliance with Italian national guidelines.
Below you will find the instructions for attending the trade show, drawn up in compliance with the latest recommendations issued by the health authorities.
We remind everybody that, for safety reasons, it is mandatory to wear a face mask inside all Halls.
Milano Unica will be responsible for integrating these instructions with any additional indications or changes that may be announced in the future.
Badges
Visitors who never attended the fair must register in advance in order to participate in the trade show.
Badges allowing entry to Milano Unica will be sent in digital form to visitors who already visited the fair prior to the start of the trade show and will be valid for one day only. When downloading, it will also be possible to select all three days of the show, if there is space available.
Access to the trade show is exclusively reserved to digital badge holders in the day selected upon registration.
Milano Unica recommends to organize your visit by making appointments with the exhibitors you intend to meet, contacting them in advance before the event.
Entry in Milano Unica
The social distancing rules are absolutely compatible with the dimensions of the Halls of the Milano Unica fairgrounds. This will allow us to welcome the usual number of buyers and other visitors, without imposing staggered entries or limitations of any kind.
In order to ensure that entry procedures are carried out smoothly, we need your collaboration. For this reason, we ask that you keep your entry badge readily available on a digital device (smartphone or tablet) and that you wear a face mask, which will be obligatory inside the fairgrounds wherever it is not possible to maintain social distancing of 1 meter.
Access to the booths
As always, visitors will be able to access exhibitors’ stands to view the new collections, although they must do so wearing a face mask and sanitize their hands before entering.
You can enjoy viewing and touching the collections under safe conditions after sanitizing accurately your hands with the sanitizing gel. The important tactile experience remains intact.
Services
All the services necessary for the normal functioning of the trade show will be provided.
In the wardrobe rooms, garments and personal objects will be stored in plastic garment bags.
Informative brochures and other material will be made available in digital format or, in the case of printed materials, will be provided in self-service form.
Cleaning and hygiene
In collaboration with Fiera Milano, cleaning activities will be amplified.
All frequently touched surfaces will be cleaned frequently and sanitizing gel dispensers will be readily accessible along the aisles.
