The rPET Challenge, launched in 2017, is a successful example of a campaign targeting environmental and social responsibility of fashion companies. The initiative, which promoted the use of recycled polyester in the production of apparel and footwear, has already attracted some of the biggest brands, like Adidas, Eileen Fisher, Gap Inc., H & M, IKEA, Lindex, Target and Timberland.
