Trends: "Save the Planet"

The presentation of the Trends is the most awaited appointment in the route to Milano Unica. The S/S 2019 collections will be designed on the insights, new orientations and also provocations proposed by Milano Unica in its interpretation of contemporary society.

A few days are missing before the event scheduled on October 25th at Teatro Vetra with the participation of fashion houses, designers, exhibitors and fashion school students, revolving around a theme that can be considered an emblem of today’s world: ecosustainability.

 

An important and ambitious commitment, which nobody can neglect any longer, that summons all fashion supply chain players and invites to a true change in the creative and productive approaches, founded on the respect for our environment and resources, sustainable manufacturing, and research and development of new technology.

It also means an innovative and farsighted choice for a world, that of fashion, whose role is that of interpreting contemporaneity and, at the same time, inspiring change. “Save the Planet” will act as a springboard and provide stimuli for responsible creativity, capable of ensuring respect for our planet without ever waiving beauty and style.
