Zen-related materials embody a philosophy of simplicity, naturalness, comfort and harmony with the environment. They have been chosen for their meditative qualities and their ability to evoke a feeling of calm and serenity as well as being high-performance, enveloping and comfortable to use.

Fabrics include all the menswear classics, cottons and cool wools, jersey and Lycra®, jersey piqué, technical fabrics, lightweight, waxed or coated nylon cloth, stretch netting, evenly micro-pleated fabrics, tulle, organza and chiffon, shantung, leather look fabrics, gabardine and lightweight linings.
Lightly coated cotton with a restrained and powdery feel, weightless but compact nylons, silk and cotton crepon, lightweight silk and wool cloth and satins, cool wool and pinstripes, pleated cotton and lightweight wool, crisp and lightweight mohair and linen.
Glossy and compact viscose and cotton viscose satins, crepe marocain and micro-gathered, transparent cloqué and processes that include, punching, waxing, coating and light frosting.
Prints can be tone-on-tone, creating transparencies on silk chiffon, organza and cotton voile bases. Linen can be treated with essential oils and cotton is infused with silver particles that enhance health and well-being.
Lightweight or heavy, oversize shirts are presented in both monochrome and tone-on-tone colours.

Accessories include nylon belts and edgings, drawstrings, elastic belts, tassels, lanyards, stripes on the bias and voile with small pleats. Covered buttons and press studs, shiny or transparent buttons and coated zippers.

All materials must evoke a sense of tranquillity, balance and connection with nature, fundamental principles of Zen philosophy.
